From artwork to proof in one reply

The artwork arrives with the order, so you never chase a file by email. Ask for PNG or PDF at print size in the intro, as with any file upload form.

Size and quantity set the price. With both in the order, your first reply can be the proof and the quote together.

Holographic and specialty finishes cost more. Put the price difference in the option labels, so nobody is surprised by the quote.

Print order questions

What file types can customers upload?

Common image and document files, including PNG, JPG and PDF. Say in the intro which you prefer and at what resolution, such as 300 dpi at the final size. Check each file when the order lands. If the artwork looks blurry at the size they chose, say so in your proof email and ask for a larger file before anything is printed.

Do customers pay when they order?

No. They pay after approving the proof, by the payment link or invoice you send. The form takes no payment, so you keep the full price. Some shops take half up front on large runs, such as 500 stickers or more. If a customer asks for changes, send the new proof first and the payment link only once they approve it.

Can I use it for 3D prints or engraving?

Yes. Change the products and finishes to your materials, and keep the upload for the model or design file. Put a price on each material option, such as PLA or walnut, so the quote holds no surprises. Say in the intro how long a typical job takes, such as five working days, so customers order in time for a gift.
