Photography booking form

Clients share the shoot type, date, place and people, so you quote in one reply.

What's inside

Weddings and events ask for hours of coverage; portrait sessions skip it and go straight to the date.

Turning inquiries into booked shoots

Reply to inquiries the same day when you can. Clients often write to three photographers and book the first one with a clear quote.

A budget range filters without awkwardness. Someone under $300 for a wedding gets a kind referral, not a two-hour call.

Group size changes the plan. A family of 14 needs a wider lens, a step stool and twenty extra minutes.

Put the link on your website's contact page and in every reply to price questions on social media.

Photography booking questions

How do clients pay the booking fee?

Send your contract and a payment link once you confirm the date. The form takes no payment and Fillio takes no fee, so the retainer is all yours. For weddings, a retainer of 25 to 50 percent is common. Put your retainer in the intro, so clients reach out already knowing what it takes to book you.

Can I embed it on my portfolio site?

Yes. Embed the form on your contact page or link to it from a Book now button. Clients fill it in without leaving your site. Each inquiry arrives in your dashboard with the shoot type, the date and the budget in one row. Turn on email notifications, so you can answer from your phone between sessions.

Can I add a question about locations I offer?

Yes. Replace the open location question with your usual spots, such as a studio, a park and the beach, and keep an Other option. Show a short text question only when someone picks Other, so the rest skip it. For spots outside your area, put the travel fee in the option label, such as Beach, plus $50.
