Cookie Policy

Last updated November 5, 2026

This page explains the kinds of cookies and similar browser storage that fillio.so and forms made with Fillio use, and how you can control them. How we handle the data they collect is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Essential cookies

  • Sign-in: keeps you signed in. It expires after 14 days.
  • Language: remembers the language you see the site in. It expires after one year.
  • Country: remembers your country, for prices and the country of phone number fields. It expires after 30 days.

These cookies are needed for the site to work.

Analytics and session recording cookies

  • Analytics: counts visits and shows how pages are used. These cookies last up to two years.
  • Session recording: records interactions such as clicks and scrolling, so we can see where pages are hard to use. On form pages, it doesn't see the form's content or what respondents type. These cookies last up to one year.

These cookies are set for every visitor, in every country, and we don't show a cookie banner. We use them only to understand and improve Fillio, never for advertising.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies added by form owners

A form's owner can add their own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to their form, and show videos or pages from sites such as YouTube or Vimeo inside it. Those services set their own cookies on that form, under the owner's control and their own privacy policies.

Storage in your browser

Fillio also keeps some data in your browser's storage, for example your sign-in, a form you started before signing in, or answers you haven't sent yet (kept for 24 hours). When you upload a file to a form, an anonymous sign-in is kept there too. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block the cookies Fillio sets, signing in and remembering your language won't work. Questions: support@fillio.so.
