What's inside

An indoor setup asks for the ceiling height; grass and driveway setups skip it.

Confirming rentals in one message

The setup surface decides what goes on the truck. Grass takes stakes, concrete takes sandbags, and indoors needs the ceiling height before you promise a castle.

Most bounce castles need around 15 to 17 feet of height when inflated. Check the number against the unit's spec before you confirm an indoor party.

Water slides need a hose nearby and grass. Ask about water access in your confirmation text if a slide is in the order.

Saturdays in summer book out weeks ahead. Reply fast and ask for the deposit in the same message to lock the date.

Party rental booking questions

How do customers pay the deposit?

Text the total with your payment link or bank details when you confirm. The form takes no payment and Fillio takes nothing from your rentals. Many rental companies ask for 25 to 50 percent to hold the date and the rest on the day. Add a private note to the request once the deposit arrives, so a paid Saturday never goes to someone else.

Can I stop double bookings of the same castle?

Each castle can be booked once per date, which a form can't see across dates. Check your calendar before you confirm, and turn on email notifications so requests reach you right away. For peak months, you can swap the date question for a choice of Saturdays with one place each. A booked Saturday then shows as full to the next customer.

Can I add my own rental items?

Yes. Replace the options with your inventory and add the price to each label. Customers then see the cost of a full package before they ask. If you own several of one item, such as three castles, list each by name and size. Add a number question for tables and chairs, since a party of 40 needs a different load than a party of 12.
