Booking clients without the DM ping-pong
A preferred day and time of day is enough to book. You pick the exact slot that fits your chair and confirm in one message.
The color question saves the consultation call. Dark brown to caramel balayage tells you the time and the price before the client sits down.
Mark first visits in your calendar. New clients need ten extra minutes for a consultation and, for color or lashes, a patch test first.
An inspiration photo is worth a paragraph. Clients upload one straight from their camera roll, as in any file upload form.
Salon booking questions
Can clients pick an exact time slot?
This form asks for a preferred day and time of day, and you confirm the time. If you want fixed slots that book once each, start from the appointment booking form. Most salons book this way because services run different lengths. A 30 minute brow shape and a three hour balayage don't fit the same grid of fixed times.
How do I take a deposit for color or lashes?
Send a deposit link with your confirmation message. The form takes no payment, and Fillio takes no fee from your bookings. Many stylists ask for a deposit only on color and lashes, the longest services. Some ask only first-time clients, and the visit question tells you who they are before you write the confirmation.
Can I put it in my Instagram bio?
Yes. Clients tap the link, fill it in on their phone and send it without an account or an app. Add it to a story highlight too, so returning clients find it when they want to rebook. Each request lands in your dashboard with the service and the preferred day, so you can confirm between clients.
