Contact form
A friendly contact form that asks what it's about, so you answer the right thing first.
What's inside
A message about an order asks for the order number; questions and collaborations go straight to the message.

Answering messages faster
The topic question sorts your inbox before you open it. Order problems first, collaborations when you have an hour.
Asking for an order number only on order messages saves you a reply that just says which order is this.
Put the link in your Instagram bio, your shop footer and your email signature. A form beats a public email address that collects spam.
Turn on email notifications in the form's settings, so each message lands in your inbox the moment it is sent.
Contact form questions
Can I put this contact form on my website?
Yes. Embed it on a page of your site or link to it from a button. Visitors fill it in without leaving your site and without an account. A link in your shop footer and on your social profiles works too. Every message lands in the same dashboard, where you can search by name or topic when a customer writes back weeks later.
Can I change the topics?
Yes. Swap them for your own, such as wholesale, custom work or press. Keep it to four or five so people pick quickly. Add a topic only when you would answer it differently from the others. Messages filed under Something else show you which topic is missing. If the same kind keeps arriving, give it its own option.
Will I get spam?
Far less than with an email address printed on your site, because bots can't harvest it. You can also close the form, or add a password in the settings if spam ever starts. If a few junk messages do slip through, tick them in your responses list and delete them together in one step.
