Wedding photo upload
Guests send their phone photos from one link and say which moment they caught.
What's inside
Each guest uploads their two best photos and tags the part of the day. Guests with a full camera roll get a field for a shared album link instead, and everyone says whether you may put their photos in the album for all guests.

Collecting guest photos
Put the link on the tables as a QR code and send it again the morning after. Most photos arrive in the first three days, while guests are still scrolling through them.
Each upload field takes one photo of up to 10 MB, which covers a phone photo. Guests can send the form as many times as they like, and the album link catches the friend who shot 300 frames on a real camera.
The part-of-the-day tag saves you sorting. With each photo marked ceremony, speeches or dance floor, choosing shots for the album or the thank-you cards goes quickly.
Respect the sharing answer. Photos marked for the two of you stay out of the shared album, which matters for photos of children or of guests who prefer to stay offline. Pair it with the wedding guestbook so messages and photos arrive from the same tables.
Wedding photo upload questions
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests open the link in their phone's browser and pick photos from their camera roll. Only you need an account, to publish the form and see the uploads. Guests can upload from the reception or days later from home, where Wi-Fi is faster. Name the couple and the date in the intro, so a guest opening it weeks later knows which wedding it is.
How many photos can a guest send?
Two per reply, up to 10 MB each, and they can reply again for more. For a large batch, the form asks for a shared album link instead. Ask album sharers to send the link within a week, since shared albums can be deleted or set to expire. Save every album to your own storage as soon as the link arrives.
Can I use it for a shower or an engagement party?
Yes. Rename the parts of the day in the dropdown to the moments of your event and change the title. For a shower, that might be gifts, games and cake; for an engagement party, the toast and the dance floor. Duplicate the form for each event, so shower photos never mix with photos from the wedding itself.
