Planning the bachelorette weekend
Send the link two to three months ahead for a trip, six weeks for a night in town. Put the dates, the city and a reply-by date in the intro, so nobody holds a room you then pay for.
Ask about parts of the weekend, not the weekend as a whole. Someone who can only make Saturday night still says yes, and you book dinner and brunch for the right number instead of everyone.
Set the spa slots to the number of treatment rooms the spa gives you. Once a slot is full it shows as taken, so you never phone the spa to squeeze in a fifth person.

Does the bride see the replies?
Only if you share them. Replies go to whoever saved the form, so the stories and the plan can stay a surprise until the weekend. If a co-host helps you plan, send her the export rather than adding the bride to the thread. Notes from friends who can't come sit in the same list, ready to pass on when you choose.
Can I change the activities?
Yes. Rename the four parts to your own plan, a wine tour, a boat or a karaoke room. If you drop the spa, delete the slot question too. Any part with a hard limit, like a boat for eight, can work the same way as the spa: give the slot options a capacity and the form shows each one as full once taken.
How do I collect money for the house or the spa?
