Digital wedding guestbook
Guests sign from their phone with a message, advice and a photo from the day.
What's inside
Every guest sees the same few fields, with no branching: a name, how they know you, a message, a piece of marriage advice and a photo.

Getting guests to sign
A paper guestbook catches the guests who pass the table. A link reaches everyone: print it as a QR code on the table cards, show it on a screen at the reception and send it in the thank-you message the day after.
The photo question is the reason to go digital. Guests add the picture they took of the two of you, and it arrives next to the message they wrote, instead of somewhere in a group chat.
Only the name and the message are required. Advice and photos stay optional, so a guest with ten seconds at the bar can still sign.
After the honeymoon, export the messages as a CSV file to print a keepsake book, or read them together in your responses.
Wedding guestbook questions
How do guests upload a photo?
They tap the photo field and their phone opens its own gallery or camera. The picture uploads with their message; nobody needs an app or an account. There is room for one photo per message, so guests pick their favorite. If the venue Wi-Fi is weak, a large photo takes longer to send, and guests can always sign the next morning instead.
Can guests sign after the wedding?
Yes. The link works until you close the form, so guests who think of something later, or who couldn't come, can still leave a message. Many of the warmest notes arrive once guests have gone through their own photos. Leave it open for two or three weeks, then close it before you print the book, so nothing arrives after the pages are set.
Can I make the photo required?
Yes. Open the photo question in your copy and switch on Required. Most couples leave it optional so that no message gets lost for want of a picture. If you want lots of pictures, send the wedding photo upload form as well, since it takes several photos per guest and leaves the guestbook for words.
