Bachelor party planning form
The group votes on dates, activities and budget before anything gets booked.
What's inside
Everyone ticks the weekends that work and votes on activities and budget. Anyone free on none of the weekends is asked for dates that could work, and drivers say how many seats they have.

Planning the bachelor weekend
Send the link three to four months before the wedding, before anyone books flights. Put a vote deadline in the intro and keep it short, a week is plenty.
Offer two or three real weekends, not an open calendar. Pick the one with the most ticks, then check that the groom and anyone essential ticked it too.
The budget question is the one people won't raise in the group chat. Plan for the lowest band most of the group picked, and make the pricier extras optional.
Add up the spare seats from the drivers before you book a van. The veto answers tell you what to drop quietly. The bride's side can use the bachelorette party RSVP.
Bachelor weekend questions
Do votes stay private?
Yes. Only whoever saved the form sees the replies, so someone can pick the lowest budget without the group knowing. Other guests never see a list of names or answers. If the plan should stay hidden from the groom as well, save the form under the best man's account and share only the final weekend and activity in the group chat.
Can I change the activities and dates?
Yes. Rename the weekends and swap the activities for your own shortlist. Keep the “None of these” option, since that is the one that asks for other dates. Five or six activities is plenty; a longer list splits the vote so thin that nothing wins. You can still edit the options after you share the link if someone suggests a late idea.
Will the form pick the winner for me?
Replies arrive one row per person, with a column for each question, so you can count the ticks per weekend and activity at a glance and choose. For a big group, export the list and look at the budget column for the people who ticked the winning weekend. Once you pick, close the form so late votes don't reopen the debate.
