Running a raffle sellers can track

Give every seller the same link and ask buyers to type the seller's name. At the end, sort the export by seller to thank your top sellers or award a prize to the class that sold most.

Bundles sell more tickets than single prices. Five for $20 is the usual sweet spot; a larger bundle gives families a reason to round up.

Assign ticket numbers as payments arrive and send them to each buyer. On draw day, put the numbers in a hat or use a random number on camera.

Raffle form questions

Can buyers pay in the form?

No. Fillio takes no payments. Buyers choose cash to the seller or a bank transfer, and you send the transfer details to the email they give. Ask buyers to use their name as the transfer reference, so you can match each payment. Ask sellers to hand in cash every week with a list of who paid, so totals add up before the draw.

Are raffles legal everywhere?

Rules differ by country and state. Many places allow small raffles for charities and schools but require a license or set prize limits. Check your local rules before you sell. Some places also limit online ticket sales, which matters when one link can travel far. Keep the link within your school community if your rules are strict.

Can I change the prices?

Yes. Rename the bundle options to your prices. Keep the price in the option words so the export shows what each buyer owes. Edit the intro to match, since it lists $5 a ticket and $20 for five. If you add a bundle, keep the options in order from smallest to largest, so buyers compare them at a glance.
