Show ticket reservation form
Families reserve free tickets for one of three shows, so you know how many chairs to set out.
What's inside
Families who need step-free access or a wheelchair space say what would help, so the front-of-house team can hold the right spot before doors open.

Filling the hall without a box office
Send the link home three weeks before opening night, then again the week of the show. Most families reserve in the last week.
Check the totals per show on the responses page. When one show is full, rename its option to "Friday, 7 pm (full)" or remove it so families pick another day.
Print the list per show, sorted by name, for the door. A volunteer ticks off names as families arrive.
Ticket reservation questions
Can each show stop at the hall's capacity?
The form counts reservations, not seats per show. For a hard limit per show, make one copy of the form per performance and set its closing limit to the hall's seats, counted by the tickets question. Keep a few seats back from that limit for cast families and walk-ins, so nobody is turned away at the door.
Can I sell tickets in the form?
Not in this template; Fillio takes no payments. For paid tickets, put the price and how to pay in the intro and collect payment at the door or by your school's usual method. Give the door volunteer a list of who already paid, so families who paid ahead walk straight in and the line moves.
Can I use it for a recital or comedy night?
Yes. Rename the performances and the intro. The access question works for any venue. A recital with one performance can keep a single option, or you can delete the performance question. For a comedy night, add an age note to the intro if the set is for adults, and lower the tickets maximum if seats are tight.
