Gaming tournament registration
Players register with their gamer tag and platform, and the bracket closes at 32.
What's inside

Filling a bracket
A single-elimination bracket works cleanly with 8, 16 or 32 players. Set the closing limit to one of those and you never hand out a bye in round one.
Seed from the replies the night before and post the bracket in Discord. The Discord username lets you message every player about a delayed start.
For a one-game night, delete the game question; for a multi-game event, make one copy of the form per game so each bracket fills on its own.
Tournament registration questions
Can teams register instead of solo players?
Yes. Rename the name question to "Team captain", add a team name and a number of players. For team games such as Valorant, a 16-team bracket is a long evening. Lower the closing limit to 16 or 8 teams to fit your night. You can repeat the gamer tag question once per player, so you have every account name before seeding.
What do I do with players under 18?
The form asks for a parent or guardian's phone when a player picks Under 18. Call or text that number if anything changes, and check your venue's rules for minors. Many venues want a parent on site for players under 13. Check each game's age rating too, since a game rated for older teens may not suit your youngest players.
Can I charge an entry fee?
Fillio takes no payments. Put the fee in the intro and collect it at check-in, or send a payment link to each player yourself. Say in the intro whether the fees fund the prizes for the top three, since players care where the money goes. If you charge, decide your refund rule for no-shows before you share the link.
