Watch party RSVP

Get a headcount for the big game, plus every fan's side and score prediction.

What's inside

Fans who are coming give a headcount, a side and a score prediction; fans watching elsewhere answer one question and get their own goodbye.

Hosting game day

Send the link as soon as the matchup is set, usually a week out for a final. Wings and seating depend on the headcount, so ask for replies by Friday.

The side question tells you how to seat the room. Split the couch, or put the neutral fans between the two camps.

Score predictions turn a watch party into a game. Export the replies before kickoff, sort by prediction and read the closest one out at the final whistle.

Watch party questions

Can I use it for the Super Bowl or a World Cup match?

Yes. Rename the sides to the two teams playing and change the date in the intro. The form works for any match with a final score. For soccer, the 2-1 placeholder fits as is; for American football, change it to something like 24-17. Edit the neutral option too if most of your crowd backs one team.

How do I pick the prediction winner?

Export the replies as a CSV file after the match and compare each prediction with the real score. Decide your tiebreak in advance, such as the earliest reply. Close the form at kickoff, so nobody guesses after an early goal. Say in the intro whether an exact score beats a guess that only gets the winner right.

Can a bar use it to hold tables?

Yes. The headcount tells you how many seats each group needs. Add a closing limit in the form's settings to stop replies once the room is full. Set it to count fans by the headcount question, not by replies, so a group of six takes six seats. Lower the maximum per reply if your tables seat four.
