Bingo night RSVP
Players reply with how many cards they'll want, so the caller prints enough.
What's inside
Guests who come give a headcount and how many cards to put aside; guests who can't come can still donate a prize.

Printing the right number of cards
Ask for replies by Wednesday for a Friday game. Add up the card answers, take the top of each range and print that plus 20 for walk-ins.
The headcount sets the tables and the chairs. Groups of four or more sit together, so put their name on a table card.
Prize offers come from guests who can't make it too. Thank each donor by name when their prize is called; that is how next month's prize table fills.
Bingo night questions
Can I sell cards in advance?
Not in the form; Fillio takes no payments. Most halls sell cards at the door, as the intro says. The card answers only tell you how many to print. Bring a cash float of small bills and coins, since most players pay a dollar or two at a time. Set the card table right by the door so the line clears before the first game at 7.
Is a bingo fundraiser legal?
Many places treat bingo with paid cards as gaming and require a permit, often with exceptions for charities. Check your local rules before you sell cards. Your city clerk or state gaming office can tell you about caps on prize value and how many nights a year you can run. Apply a few weeks before you share the link, since permits can take time.
Can I use it for a family bingo night at home?
Yes. Remove the price from the intro and keep the headcount. Free family bingo needs no cards counted, so you can delete that question. Keep the prize question if relatives like to bring small treats, such as candy bars or a paperback. For kids under seven, picture cards work better than number cards, so print a few of those too.
