Karaoke sign-up sheet
Singers queue their song from their phone and say whether they want a duet partner.
What's inside
Singers with a partner name them; singers who rate their nerve 1 or 2 are asked whether the host should sing the chorus with them.

Keeping the queue moving
Put a QR code on every table and on the screen between songs. Singers sign up from their seat, and the host reads the queue from the replies in order of arrival.
The backup song saves the night when two people pick the same hit. Call the second singer with their backup and nobody waits on a repeat.
"Find me a partner" fills duets with strangers who want to sing. Pair two of them and announce the duo; it is often the best moment of the night.
Karaoke sign-up questions
Can I see the queue in order?
Yes. Replies arrive in the order singers sent them, which is your queue. Keep the responses page open on a phone or tablet next to the screen. Read the next two names out after each song, so the singer after next can warm up. If someone is away when called, move them back three spots rather than to the end.
Can I limit everyone to one song?
The form takes one song and a backup per sign-up. If someone signs up twice, move their second reply to the end of the queue. Say the rule in the intro, such as "one song each until everyone has sung", so nobody feels skipped. On a slow night, let repeat singers in once the first round is done.
Does it work for a private karaoke party?
Yes. Change the title and the intro to your party, and share the link in the group chat before the night so the queue is ready when the mic is. For a birthday, put the guest of honor's name in the title. Fifteen singers at about four minutes a song fill an hour per round, so plan a break for cake.
