Pub crawl sign-up
Crawlers grab a wristband in a start group and pick a shirt size if they want one.
What's inside
Each start group shows the wristbands left, crawlers who want the T-shirt pick a size, and sign-ups stop at 50.

Moving 50 people through five bars
Two start groups 30 minutes apart keep each bar at 25 guests instead of 50. Tell the bars both times so they staff the door.
Order shirts from the size counts a week before, plus a few spares in M and L. Crawlers pay for them at check-in, as the option says.
The phone list is your safety net. Text both groups when you move bars, and text anyone missing at the last stop.
Pub crawl questions
How do I check ages?
The checkbox is a promise, not proof. Check ID at check-in before you hand over a wristband, as the confirmation message tells every crawler. Bring a printed list of names per start group and mark who showed ID. Each bar can still check again at its own door, so tell crawlers to keep their ID on them all night.
Can I sell tickets in the form?
No. Fillio takes no payments. Put the ticket price in the intro and take payment at check-in, or send a payment link to each crawler. Paid tickets cut no-shows, so a payment link sent the day someone signs up keeps your 50 places full. Say your refund rule in the intro, such as full refunds up to two days before.
Can a bachelor party use it?
Yes. Keep one group, change the shirt question to a group shirt and delete the price from its option. Set that group's places to your party size, so nobody adds a plus-one without asking the organizer. Order the shirts at least two weeks out, since custom prints take time, and put the bar list and meeting point in the intro.
