Booking more gigs from your link
Date first, then price. The date tells you in a second whether to reply with a quote or a kind no.
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are three setups for a wedding musician. Knowing which ones the couple wants sets the quote and the gear list.
The song list is your planning sheet. Do-not-play songs matter as much as requests at weddings.
Put the link in your bio and on your press kit. Venues booking a weekly slot use the same form as couples.
Performer booking questions
How do clients pay the deposit?
Send your contract and a deposit link once you confirm the date. The form takes no payment and Fillio takes no fee from your gigs. Many musicians ask for 25 to 50 percent to hold the date, with the rest due a week before the event. Write the deposit amount in your reply, so the client knows what holds the date.
Can a band use it for several members?
Yes. Share one link and turn on email notifications, so the member who handles bookings sees every inquiry. Export the list to share it with the rest of the band. Each inquiry shows the date, the set length and the venue, so everyone can check they're free before anyone replies. Say in the intro who answers, so clients don't message each member.
Can I ask about sound equipment at the venue?
Add a question asking whether the venue has a PA system. Keep it optional, since many hosts won't know and you'll check with the venue anyway. Make it a choice of Yes, No and Not sure, which is quicker on a phone than a typed answer. When a client picks No, add your own sound system to the quote.
