Padel tournament registration
Pairs register in their category, and each category caps at its draw size.
What's inside
Each category closes at 16 pairs and the form stops when all four draws are full; pairs who rate their level 3 or lower are offered a free rules clinic before play.

Running a weekend padel tournament
One entry per pair keeps the draw clean: one name, one phone for match times, the partner's full name for the bracket.
Sixteen pairs fit four groups of four in a weekend on four courts, with semis and finals on Sunday. With two courts, set each category to eight pairs.
The 1 to 7 level helps you seed the groups, so the two strongest pairs don't meet on Saturday morning. Low ratings also show you who might enjoy the clinic.
Running an americano instead? Keep the form, remove the partner question and let players enter alone; you rotate partners every round anyway.
Padel tournament questions
Can I translate the form for a club in Spain or Latin America?
Yes. Edit every question and option in the editor, for example Categoría, Masculino, Femenino and Mixto. Each language gets its own form and its own link. Each copy counts its own pairs, so for one shared draw, keep a single form and write both languages in each label, like Mixto (Mixed). That keeps the 16-pair limit per category accurate.
What if a pair signs up in the wrong category?
Edit the reply or ask the pair to send the form again, then delete the old reply. Places are counted from the replies you keep. Read the level answers before you build the groups; a pair rating themselves 6 in the open beginners category probably belongs in another draw. Fix any moves before the Thursday message with groups and match times.
How do players pay the entry fee?
Put the fee and payment details in the intro, or collect it at the desk on Saturday. Fillio doesn't take payments, so nothing is charged when the form is sent. Say if the fee is per pair or per player, since one player registers for both. Asking for payment within two days cuts no-shows; if it doesn't arrive, delete the reply and the place opens for another pair.
