Pickleball league sign-up
Players register by level and partner, and each level fills to the courts you have.
What's inside
Each level holds 16 players and shows what is left; players with a partner name them, the rest ask to be matched, and the form closes when every level is full.

Filling a league night without spreadsheets
Set each level's limit to four players per court. With four courts per level, 16 is right; with three courts, change it to 12.
Use the rating players already know, like DUPR or club ratings, in the level options. A 2.5 player who lands in the 4.0 group has a long night, and so does everyone on that court.
Players who ask to be matched are your first pairing job. Pair them by level, then by the weeks they are away, so two partners don't miss the same nights.
The away weeks tell you where you need subs before the season starts. Ask your waitlist first; they already said they want to play.
Pickleball league questions
Can I run a ladder instead of fixed pairs?
Yes. Remove the partner question, keep the level and away weeks, and rotate partners each night. A ladder suits clubs where players come alone. Update the intro to describe the ladder, so nobody signs up expecting a fixed partner. Check the away weeks before each night, so you know how many courts to book and who sits out.
Can both partners register together?
Each player fills in the form, so each has their own phone number for court changes. The partner's name links the two replies when you build the schedule. Partners should pick the same level, since each reply takes one place in that level. If their answers differ, agree on a level with them before the Monday schedule text.
How do I collect league fees?
Put the fee and how to pay in the intro, or send a payment link with the schedule. The form keeps the list of who signed up so you can tick off who paid. Export the replies as a CSV file and add a column for paid, then chase anyone still unpaid before week 1.
