Game availability poll

Players tell the coach who's in, who's late and who needs a ride, in one tap.

What's inside

Late players are asked when they will arrive, players who are in say whether they need or can give a ride, and players who are out get their own short end message.

Knowing your lineup before game day

Send the link in the team chat on Monday with a Thursday deadline in the intro. Replies collect in one list instead of forty chat messages.

The ride question doubles as carpool planning. Match the players who need a ride with the ones who can drive, and send the pairs with the lineup on Friday.

A late arrival time lets you set the starting lineup. A player arriving at 10:20 for a 10:00 kickoff starts on the bench.

Duplicate the form for every game and change the date and place in the intro. Each copy keeps its own replies, so the season's attendance stays easy to read.

Team availability questions

Can parents fill it in for younger players?

Yes. Change the first question to Player's name and parents reply for their child. The ride question is mainly for them anyway. Ask for one reply per child in the intro, so two parents don't answer for the same player. If both do, keep the later reply and delete the other one from your list.

How do I chase the players who haven't replied?

Compare the reply list with your roster on Wednesday and message the missing names directly. One reminder in the team chat usually fills the gaps. Write in the intro that no reply by Thursday night means a player is left out of the lineup. Players answer sooner once they know that, and you stop guessing on Friday.

Does the coach see the reason a player is out?

Yes, the reason is in the replies, and it's optional. Players can leave it empty and talk to the coach in person. Replies show only in your dashboard, not to teammates, so a player can mention an injury or a family matter without the whole team knowing. Ask injured players to add when they expect to be back, which helps you plan the next few games.
