Multi-event wedding RSVP
One reply covers every event of a multi-day wedding, with a headcount for each.
What's inside
Guests tick the events they'll attend and give a headcount for each ticked event only, so the caterer gets a real number per day. Ticking the sangeet asks about dancing in a performance; a guest who can attend nothing gets a goodbye of their own.

Collecting replies for a multi-day wedding
Families rarely come to everything. An aunt may fly in for the ceremony and reception only, while cousins come for the whole week. Counting each event on its own keeps you from paying for seats nobody fills.
Rename the events to your own: haldi, nikah, walima, a welcome dinner or a henna night. Each event's headcount question follows its tick box, so keep the pair together when you add one.
The sangeet answer is your choreographer's list. Send it on as soon as replies come in, since group dances need several weeks of practice.
Send the link six to eight weeks ahead, or with the save the date if many guests travel. For guests who need rooms and transport between venues, add the hotel and shuttle form.
Multi-event wedding RSVP questions
Can I invite some guests to only some events?
Duplicate the form once it's finished and remove the events a group isn't invited to. Each copy has its own link and its own replies. Name each copy clearly, like “Family, all events” and “Friends, reception only”, so you send the right link. At the end, export every copy and add the counts per event together for the caterer.
Does each family need one reply or one per person?
One per family works best. The headcount questions count everyone in the family, so the person replying covers all of them. Say in the intro who should reply, such as the head of each household, so two cousins don't both answer for the same family. If that happens anyway, keep the later reply and leave the other out of your counts.
Can I add a fifth event?
Yes. Add an option to the events question and a headcount question shown only when that option is ticked, like the four already there. Place the new option above “Sadly, I can't attend” so that one stays last. Write the day and time into the option text, since guests decide which days to fly in from that list.
