Running a drop that never oversells
Set each size to the stock you have. Twenty smalls means the 21st buyer sees S as full and picks another size, instead of a refund email from you.
The form closes at the full run of 100, so a sold-out drop shows as closed rather than taking orders you can't fill.
Release unpaid orders after 48 hours and say so in the thank-you. It keeps your stock moving to fans who will pay.
Announce the drop time in advance and post the link at that minute. A fixed time feels fair to fans who waited.
Pre-order questions
Does the form take card payments?
No. There are no card fields. Buyers choose a payment link or bank transfer, and you send it after the order. Fillio takes no cut of your sales. Send the links in the order the pre-orders came in, so the fans who were quickest pay first. Add a private note to each order when you send the link, and another once the money arrives.
What happens when a size sells out?
That size shows as full and can't be chosen. When every size is gone, the form reaches 100 orders and closes for anyone who opens the link. When you release an unpaid order, raise that size's places by one in the editor and the response limit in the settings by one, so the next fan can grab it.
Can I sell more than one item per order?
This form sells one per order, which keeps a limited run fair. For several items, start from the simple order form and add a quantity per product. If fans ask for two, tell them in the intro to place a second order with the same email. You can spot repeat buyers in the responses list and set your own cap before you send payment links.
