Dance class sign-up
Newcomers book a free trial class in one style, and each class keeps space for regulars.
What's inside
Each class takes ten trial dancers and shows what's left; people coming with a partner name them, and the form closes once all four classes are full.

Turning a trial week into new students
Ten trial places per class keeps the room fun for regulars. A salsa class with 20 newcomers and 12 regulars turns into a beginners' class nobody signed up for.
The partner question matters most in salsa and bachata. Count leads and follows before class, and ask a regular or two to dance with the solo newcomers.
Text a reminder the afternoon of the class. A short message with the address and what to wear brings in more of the people who booked.
After the class, message every trial dancer with the next class time and a first-month offer. That's when most of them decide.
Dance class sign-up questions
Can someone book two trial classes?
Each reply books one class. If you're happy to give two, people can send the form again for a second style; if not, say one free class per person in the intro. The phone number makes repeat bookings easy to spot in your responses list. Each extra booking also takes one of the ten places in that class, so a repeat booking can cost a newcomer their spot.
Can I write the form in Spanish or French?
Yes. Edit the questions and options in the editor, for example Clase de prueba gratis. Each language version is its own form with its own link. Duplicate the finished English form first, then translate it, so the class limits and the partner question stay the same. Each copy counts its own places, so split the ten spots per class between the versions, for example six and four.
How do I share it?
Post the link in your Instagram bio and stories during the open week, and print it as a QR code at the front desk for friends of current students. Ask your instructors to share it in their own stories, since their followers already like their style. Post a story when a class has two or three places left, because a nearly full class gets people to book.
