Webinar registration form
Attendees register, pick a live time or the replay, and send a question ahead.
What's inside
People who pick a live time can send a question for the Q&A; replay watchers skip it and go straight to the end.

A webinar people show up to
Share the link 10 to 14 days before. Most sign-ups come in the last three days, so post it again the day before.
Two live times, one morning and one evening, catch people in other time zones. The replay option keeps everyone who can't attend on your list.
Questions sent ahead make the Q&A start strong. Pick three good ones and answer them first, before the live chat warms up.
Paste your Zoom, Meet or YouTube link into the email you send an hour before. Links on a public page get shared and pulled into other calls.
Webinar registration questions
Does it send the webinar link automatically?
No. You get every sign-up with an email address, and you send the link yourself an hour before, which also works as the reminder that brings people in. Export the replies and sort by the watch column, since the Thursday group, the Saturday group and the replay group each need a different email at a different time.
Can I use it for a paid workshop?
Yes. Put the price and payment link in the intro, and send the webinar link only to people who paid. Fillio doesn't process payments. Match payments to sign-ups by email address on the morning of each session. For a hands-on workshop, set a capacity limit of about 20 on each live time so you can still answer every question.
Is it worth asking where people heard about it?
For a creator, yes. One optional question shows whether Instagram, your newsletter or word of mouth fills your next session, and it costs attendees one tap. After two or three webinars, compare the counts in your responses and spend your posting time on the channel that brings in the most sign-ups. Keep Somewhere else for the rest.
