A live Q&A with better questions
Post the link two or three days before the stream, in your bio and in a story with a countdown. Questions sent ahead are longer and more thoughtful than live chat.
Sort by topic before you go live. Answering three career questions in a row feels like a segment; jumping between topics feels like reading a list.
The anonymous option brings in the questions people really want to ask, about money, burnout or quitting a job.
Tag the people whose questions you answer. Being named on stream is why many viewers send a question, and they share the clip.
Live Q&A questions
Can viewers send more than one question?
Yes. They send the form again, and each question arrives as its own reply with its own topic, which keeps your list easy to sort. If one viewer sends ten, you see them all next to their name in the responses list. Pick their strongest one for the stream, so the time stays fair for everyone else who wrote in.
Can I collect questions during the stream too?
Yes. Pin the link in the live chat. Questions sent during the stream arrive in the same list as the ones sent before. Keep the responses list open on a second screen and refresh it between answers. When you sign off, close the form so late questions stop coming in, then answer the leftovers in your follow-up post.
Can I use it for a team all-hands or a class?
Yes. Rename the topics to your agenda, for example product, hiring and anything else. The anonymous option matters even more inside a company. Delete the handle question, since nobody needs a tag on an internal call. Share the link a day before the meeting so leaders can group the questions and prepare real answers.
