Study group sign-up
Students join a subject group at a time that fits, and each group caps at five.
What's inside
Each subject group holds five students and shows what's left; students who offer to lead a call name their topic, and the form closes when all groups are full.

Study groups that actually meet
Five is the size where everyone talks. With eight, two people do the work and the rest keep their cameras off.
Pick each group's meeting time from the times every member ticked. If no time fits all five, split the group at the next sign-up.
A volunteer per call keeps the group moving. The student who offers to explain integrals runs the first call; others take turns after.
Share the link in your class chat three weeks before exams. Later than that and people already study alone.
Study group questions
Can a student join two subjects?
Yes. They send the form once per subject, so each group keeps exactly five places. Check their ticked times against both groups so the calls don't clash. The form closes after 20 replies, so a student who joins twice uses two of those places. Raise the response limit in the form settings if many students want a second subject.
Can a tutor use it for paid sessions?
Yes. Add the price per session to the intro and send a payment link with the group email. Fillio doesn't process payments. A single price for the full run up to the exam means fewer payments to chase than a price per call. The goal answers help you plan each call around what the group needs most.
What if a group doesn't fill?
Merge it with the closest subject or run it with fewer students. Three motivated students make a good group too. Look at the responses a week after you share the link. If a subject has only one or two names, email them before you merge, and offer the group whose meeting times match theirs best.
