Pool party RSVP
Parents list each child with their swim level, so whoever watches the pool knows who needs the shallow end.
What's inside
A yes asks how many kids are coming, then each child's name and swim level one by one, and whether a grown-up stays or drops off.

Keeping the pool party safe and fun
Send the link two weeks ahead, with the pool rules in the intro: what to bring, whether floaties are fine and when the pool closes.
Swim levels turn into a plan. Before the party, list the children who don't swim yet and those in floaties, and give that list to whoever watches the water.
Name one adult as the water watcher at all times and swap every 30 minutes, so nobody watches the pool while holding a plate.
Drop-off answers tell you how many children you're responsible for. If more than half drop off, ask one or two parents to stay and help.
Pool party RSVP questions
Why ask swim levels per child?
Siblings often swim very differently. A seven-year-old may swim laps while a four-year-old needs floaties, and one answer for both would hide that. The answer is required for each child, so no reply arrives without it. If more than three children don't swim yet, put one extra adult at the shallow end for the whole party.
What should the intro say?
The address, start and end times and what to bring: towel, swimsuit, sunscreen and floaties if needed. Add whether the pool has a shallow end, since parents of new swimmers decide on that. If the weather turns, edit the intro with your rain plan. Parents who open the link again see the new text, and you can text the same link to every family.
Should I ask parents to stay?
For younger kids, asking a grown-up to stay is a fair request at a pool party. The stay or drop-off answers show how many adults you'll have, so you can ask for helpers before the day. Many hosts ask for one adult for every three or four swimmers under seven. Put the age below which a grown-up should stay in the intro, so parents of little ones pick stay without being asked.
