Group gift contribution form
Friends pledge their share and sign the card in one reply, so you know the budget before you buy.
What's inside
A yes picks an amount, with its own field for any other sum, and says how to sign the card; a no gets a friendly goodbye and nothing more.

Pooling money without the awkward chat
Name the gift and its price in the intro. People pledge faster when they can see that six friends at $20 covers it.
Preset amounts set the tone. Pick three that fit the group, like $10, $20 and $30 for friends or $5, $10 and $15 for a class. Another amount keeps it comfortable for anyone giving less or more.
Add up the pledges before you buy, then send each person your payment link or bank details yourself. Putting the link in the thank-you message means everyone sees it right after pledging.
Card names arrive the way people want to sign, so The Parkers and Auntie Jo end up on the card correctly.
Group gift questions
Can people pay through the form?
No. Fillio takes no payment: the form collects pledges, and you collect the money with whatever your group already uses, like Venmo, PayPal or a bank transfer. Collect the money before you order the gift, and give friends a pay-by date about three days ahead, so one late payer doesn't leave you covering their share.
Can others see who gave how much?
No. Replies reach only you, the form's owner. Friends never see each other's amounts, so nobody compares. The end screen thanks each person by name without showing a total. If a co-organizer needs the list, export the replies and send them the file, or share only the total in the group chat.
What if we raise more than the gift costs?
Spend the extra on wrapping, a card or a cake, or lower everyone's share before anyone pays. You see the total in the replies, so you can decide first. To stop at the price, close the form once the pledges cover it. Friends who hear about it late can still sign the card at the party.
