Housewarming party RSVP
Know who's dropping by and when, who's driving, and who will help hang the pictures.
What's inside
Guests who come give a headcount, roughly when they'll drop by, whether they come by car and whether they'd help with a job around the new place.

Hosting an open house
Send the link two weeks after you move in, for a party two to three weeks later. Boxes are unpacked by then, and the invitation doubles as your new address.
An open house spreads guests over an afternoon. The when question tells you how full the early and late hours will be, so you can put out food in two rounds instead of all at once.
Parking is the first problem in a new street. Count the cars and ask a neighbor, or point drivers to the nearest car park in the intro.
The help question is optional and friendly: friends offer what they enjoy, and you get the bookshelf built. For a seated dinner in the new place later, send the dinner party RSVP.
Housewarming questions
Should I put my address in the form?
Put it in the intro, which only people with the link see. Form links are kept out of search engines, so the address goes only where you send it. Add the floor, the door code or which buzzer to press, since a new building is easy to get lost in. Skip posting the link in public groups or open social media stories.
Can I add a gift list?
Yes. Add a sentence to the intro, or a question asking what guests would like to bring. Many hosts write “no gifts, just come” instead. A short list of real needs, like plants, a doormat or a good bread knife, keeps you from getting five candles. Paste a registry address in the intro if you have one, since guests read the intro first.
Can I change the time slots?
Yes. Rename the two options in the when question, or add a third, in your copy. The question shows only to guests who are coming. Two-hour slots work well for a small flat, since 20 people at once fills two rooms fast. If almost everyone picks the late slot, message a few close friends and ask them to come early.
