Ski trip sign-up

Skiers claim a bed and say what to rent, and sign-ups stop at 16.

What's inside

Skiers give their level and whether they ski or board. Renters give a boot size, beginners are offered a lesson, and sign-ups close when all 16 beds are taken.

Running a ski trip

Open sign-ups two to three months before the trip. Chalets and group lift passes sell out, and early numbers get better rates.

Set the limit to your beds. The form closes at 16 replies on its own, so the 17th person sees it's full instead of paying a deposit for a floor.

Send the boot sizes and the skis or board answers to the rental shop a week ahead. Pickup takes ten minutes instead of the whole first morning.

Book one group lesson from the beginner answers. Two or more first-timers usually qualify for a group rate.

Ski trip sign-up questions

Why boot size in EU sizes?

Rental shops fit boots by EU or mondopoint size, and most people know their EU size from shoes. Change the label if your shop uses US sizes. The field takes 34 to 48, which covers most adults; widen the range if kids are coming. The shop adjusts the fit on the day, so a close size is enough to have boots ready.

Can I take deposits through the form?

No. Fillio doesn't take payments. Put your deposit details in the thank-you message and track who has paid next to the replies. The template already asks for the deposit within a week, which suits most groups. Chalets usually want their own deposit early, so collect from friends before you pay the chalet.

What if someone drops out?

Delete their reply and the form opens a spot again. Tell the waiting friends in your group chat. Keep a short waitlist in the chat from the start, in sign-up order, so the free bed goes to the next person without a debate. Say in the intro whether a deposit is refunded when someone else takes the bed.
