Organizing a cabin weekend
Send the link once the cabin is booked, with the dates and the address area in the intro. First come, first served keeps the bed question fair.
Rename the beds to your cabin's rooms. Each closes when full, so nobody finds out on Friday night that the king room was promised twice.

What happens when a room is full?
It shows as Full and can't be picked, so the next friend chooses from what's left. Put the tent in the yard last, so it fills last. The template holds two in the king room, four in the bunks, two on the sofa bed and four in the tent. Change those numbers to your real beds before you send the link. A friend who drops out frees their bed when you delete their reply.
Can I split the cost with the form?
Fillio doesn't take payments. Divide the cabin cost by the replies and share the amount in your group chat. Wait until the beds are claimed, since the share per person drops with every yes. Many groups split the rent evenly and the groceries apart, with each dinner pair keeping their receipt and sending the total to the chat.
Can I use it for a lake house or beach house?
Yes. Change the title, the intro and the bed names. The ride and dinner questions work for any shared house. For a beach house, swap the tent for an air mattress and set its limit to how many fit on the floor. Add the check-in time and the parking rules to the intro, since those are the first two things every friend asks.
