Group cruise sign-up

Families choose a cabin type and list everyone sailing with them.

What's inside

Families pick a cabin type from the block, then add each passenger's passport name and birth date. Joining the group flight asks for a departure city, and sign-ups close when the block is full.

Filling a cruise cabin block

Send the link as soon as the cruise line or agent holds your block, with the release date in the intro. Unclaimed cabins go back on that date.

Set each cabin type to the number held. When the six balconies are gone, families see only the inside and ocean view cabins left.

Passenger names and birth dates go straight to the booking. The cruise line needs them per cabin, so one reply per cabin gives you exactly that.

Send the group flight answers to your agent by departure city. Families flying from the same airport can often book together at a group fare.

Group cruise questions

Does each passenger fill in the form?

No. One person per cabin replies and adds everyone sailing in it, up to four. That matches how cruise lines book cabins. Set the number sailing first, and the form shows a name and birth date for each passenger. Babies count as passengers too, and some lines don't sail infants under six months, so check your line's rule and add it to the intro.

Does it ask for passport numbers?

No. Cruise lines collect passport details at online check-in, directly from each passenger. The form needs only names and birth dates. Remind families in the intro that many ports want passports valid for six months after the sailing. The name on the form should match the passport exactly, because a spelling mismatch can hold up boarding day.

Can travel agents use it?

Yes. Change the intro to your sailing and your agency's deposit terms. The cabin limits match your block. Set each cabin type to the number the line holds for you, and the response limit to the total. For a second sailing, duplicate the form so each ship keeps its own list, then export the replies to send names and birth dates to the line.
