Tour booking form

Travelers book a tour time, and each tour stops at the bookings you can take.

What's inside

Guests pick a tour from the places left, give the group size and the food they can't eat, and a hotel pickup asks for the hotel. The form closes when every tour is full.

Taking tour bookings

Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google Business profile and on cards at partner hotels. Travelers book on their phone, often the evening before.

Each place is one booking, not one person. Four bookings of up to four people keep a food tour at sixteen at most; change both numbers to your group size.

Read the food answers the night before and call ahead to the stops. A swap ready at the counter beats a guest watching others eat.

Update the tour times each week, or duplicate the form per week, so old dates don't stay bookable.

Tour booking questions

Can guests pay when they book?

No. Fillio doesn't take payments. Collect payment on the day or send your own payment link with the confirmation. Many small tour guides take a deposit to cut no-shows, often around 20 percent. Write your cancellation terms in the intro, such as a full refund up to 24 hours before, so guests know the rule before they book.

What happens when a tour is full?

That time shows as Full and can't be picked. When all four are full, the form stops taking bookings until you add new times. A guest who cancels frees the place once you delete their booking from your responses. If one tour fills fast, add a second time on the same day rather than a bigger group, so the tour still feels small.

Can I use it for walking, wine or boat tours?

Yes. Change the title, intro and times. The capacity and the pickup logic work for any small group tour. For a boat with twelve seats, three bookings of up to four people fill it. Swap the food question for one about seasickness if that matters more. For wine tours, note the legal drinking age in the intro, since tastings need adult guests.
