What's inside

A family membership asks how many people it covers; single and student members skip that question.

Taking in new members

Write the prices in the option labels. Applicants choose a membership knowing what it costs, and nobody is surprised by the invoice.

Photo consent is required, so the person who posts on social media has a clear list. Applicants who say leave me out stay out of every post.

The help question finds your next event crew. Email everyone who ticked events and races before you plan the summer race.

Membership form questions

How do members pay their dues?

Outside the form. After the committee approves an application, send your bank details or a payment link by email. Fillio takes no payment and no cut of your dues. The options already show the yearly price, so the email only needs the amount and how to pay. Give a due date, such as two weeks after approval.

Can I use it for a running, chess or garden club?

Yes. Rename the membership types, set your prices and change the help options to the jobs your club needs. A running club might ask for pacers and race marshals; a chess club for tournament helpers and coaches. Keep the photo consent question whatever the club, since every club ends up posting pictures.

How do I renew members each year?

Duplicate the form in December and send it to last year's list. Each year keeps its own replies, so you can compare who renewed. Update the prices in the option labels first if dues went up. Put a renewal deadline in the intro, such as January 31, and remind anyone missing a week before it.
