Virtual baby shower RSVP
Remote guests get the video link and a game kit mailed to their address.
What's inside
Guests who join give a mailing address for the game kit and a birth date guess; guests who decline skip both and can still leave a wish. Each answer ends with its own message.

Hosting a shower on video
Send the link four weeks before, so you have the addresses in time to mail kits a week ahead. Put the time zone next to the time; family in other countries will thank you.
A kit makes guests feel they're at a real party: a game card, a small treat, a tea bag for the toast. Keep it flat enough to mail in an envelope, and say in the intro not to open it early.
The address field says beside it that it's used only for the kit. Keep that promise: delete the addresses once the kits are out.
Read the wishes aloud during the call, including the ones from guests who couldn't join. For the closest guests, add the letters to baby capsule as a keepsake.
Virtual baby shower questions
Does Fillio run the video call?
No. Use the video app your family already knows and email its link to the addresses you collect here. Send it the day before and again an hour before the start, since that's when people go looking for it. Test the link with one older relative first, and name a helper they can call if the sound fails.
Can I skip the game kit?
Yes. Delete the address question and the line about the kit in the intro. The rest of the form works the same. Change the yes end screen too, since it says the kit ships next week. Without a kit, plan games guests can play with pen and paper at home, like guessing baby photos of the parents.
Can guests who decline still send a wish?
Yes. The wish question shows to everyone, and declining guests get an end message saying it will be read out. Send the link to relatives who live far away or work that day, even if you expect a no. Their short wishes are often the ones the parents remember from the call.
