Guests book one of twelve chairs and say what they don't eat, until the table is full.
What's inside
Each reply books one or two seats and the form closes at twelve; a nut allergy asks how careful the kitchen should be, before anything is cooked.

Filling the table
Post the link when the menu is set, about three weeks before. Share it in your stories with the date and the first course, where regulars watch for it.
Seats are counted in people, so a reply for two takes two chairs. When the twelfth seat goes, the form closes and your post can say the table is full.
Plan the menu after the diet answers. One vegetarian at a table of twelve gets their own plate; four means the main course should change.
The how-did-you-hear answers show where guests come from. If most say a friend, ask your regulars to bring someone new next month.
Supper club questions
How do guests pay?
Fillio takes no payment. Write the price in the intro and send your payment link with the address the day before, or collect at the door. Many supper clubs ask for payment within 48 hours of booking. Say so in the intro, and keep a short waitlist by message for seats that don't get paid.
Can I run it every month?
Yes. Duplicate the form for each dinner and change the date and the menu. The new form starts with all twelve seats free. Post the new link the day after the last dinner, while guests still talk about it. Guests who pick I've been before show you your regulars, so you can send them the link first next month.
Why ask about nut allergies separately?
Nut allergies range from a mild reaction to a hospital trip. The follow-up asks how serious it is, so the kitchen knows whether to leave nuts off one plate or out of the whole menu. A guest who writes no traces at all usually means the whole kitchen, so email them the menu a week ahead to confirm.
