Selection Blocks
Give respondents a defined set of options to choose from.

Click inside a selection block to add, edit, or remove options. Drag options to reorder them.
Dropdown
A collapsed list that opens on click. Use when you have many options and want to save space on the page.

Radio
All options visible at once. Respondents pick exactly one. Best for 2 to 7 clearly distinct choices.

Checkbox
All options visible at once. Respondents can pick one or more. Use when multiple answers are valid.

Multi-Select
A dropdown where respondents can select more than one option. Useful for tags, skills, or interests.

Capacity per option
Separate from Max selections, which limits one respondent. A per-option limit is a quota on the option itself: how many people in total may pick it before it closes.

Hover an option in the editor and a small # appears beside it; type a number there, or use Response limit in that option's settings panel. Leave it empty and the option has no cap.
Respondents see the count enforced live. When an option fills, it is dimmed, marked Full and stops being selectable for everyone with the form open. Nobody has to refresh. Someone who had already chosen it keeps their choice.
The last place is settled on the server, inside a transaction. If two people submit for the same final slot, one is accepted and the other is told the option is no longer available and asked to try again. The quota can never be overshot.
Twenty seats per session, six slots per interview day, one nomination per role: the question stays open for as long as any option still has room.
