Question Blocks

Collect answers from respondents. Each block has settings that control validation and behavior.

Short Answer

A single-line text input. Use for names, titles, or any brief response.

Setting	What it does
Required	Respondents must fill in this field before submitting.
Default answer	Pre-fills the field with a value when the form loads.
Min characters	The answer must contain at least this many characters.
Max characters	The answer cannot exceed this many characters.

A multi-line text area. Use for feedback, comments, or any longer free-text response.

A text input with email format validation. Rejects entries that are not valid email addresses.

A text input for phone numbers. Accepts any local or international format.

A numeric input that only accepts digits. Supports optional minimum and maximum value limits.

Max value	The highest number the respondent can enter.

A calendar date picker. Use for appointments, deadlines, or birth dates.

Max file size (MB)	Maximum upload size in megabytes. Default is 10 MB.
