Iftar dinner RSVP
Families pick a Ramadan evening, and each evening stops at the places you have.
What's inside
Each family picks an evening from the places left, gives a headcount and the number of children, and can offer to set up, serve or clear. The form closes when every evening is full.

Running a community iftar
Share the link a week or two before Ramadan begins. Write the real dates into the evening options once the start of the month is confirmed in your community.
Each place is one family, not one person. Set the number to the tables you can seat, and use the headcount answers to plan food and chairs for each evening.
The volunteer answers become your rota. Setup needs hands before sunset, serving at maghrib and clearing after dinner, often while others leave for taraweeh. Ask a few people for each.
For the celebration at the end of the month, the Eid open house RSVP spreads visitors across the day.
Iftar RSVP questions
Can I use it for one iftar instead of four?
Yes. Delete three evenings, or change the question to a single yes or no. Keep the headcount, since that is what the kitchen needs. Then set the place limit on the evening you keep to the number of families your hall can seat. Put the date and the sunset time in the intro so families know when to arrive.
What happens when an evening is full?
It shows as Full and can't be picked, so families choose from the evenings left. When all four are full, the form stops taking replies, so nobody arrives to a table that isn't there. If a popular evening fills in a day, raise its limit after sharing and the same link keeps working. Check the headcount answers first, since one family can bring up to eight people.
Is it suitable for an office or student society iftar?
Yes. Change the intro to your venue and time. For an office, the children question can go. Many offices hold iftar on a weekday, so rename the evenings to real dates and set each limit to the people your room seats. A student society can keep the volunteer question, since members often take turns with setup and clearing.
